The overall experience was not great. Our meal came out incorrect, not cooking things completely as well as completely forgetting an extra stack of pancakes. My milkshake took around 15 minutes to arrive. The food that was correct was pretty good though. Honestly not going to be eating here for again.
Food was ok. We were there around 1am...no other customers were there but at least 6 tables still had dirty dishes on them. The waitress was nice and everything but having to hear her discussion with another lady about how her son recently acquired an STD, was too much. We haven't been to Denny's in a while and it'll be even longer before we go back.
I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Each time we go there the staff slack off and this time took the cake. As we were ordering the waitress up and left in the middle of it. She was down right rude as well. They got the orders wrong, and the food was burnt! After 2 hours of waiting this is what happened. I used to love this place been going there since I was a kid. 50$ down the drain, Really sad this isn't the first time we went there and this has happened. Guess I finally learned my lesson this time.
The wait staff were friendly and the food was food, however, the very best I can give them is a two. We came at a slow time with minimal customers. We were seated after standing for 8 minutes. I observed staff standing around visiting. Perhaps it took them 8 minutes to realize we were standing there to be seated. Our appetizer was served at the same time as one of our meals. I made them take back the meal until all food was ready for our table. 7 minutes later the entire table was served.No salt or pepper shakers were on the table, I had to get them myself from other tables. The salt and pepper shakers tops were filthy.
I just want to give a shout out to the night crew sat Sept 28 we had 6 of us come in then we grew to 9 and our waitress was doing a great job even though we kinda overwhelmed her. And she was still new so we understood how hard it is to waitress large groups because we have been in her shoes. But the entire crew came together and helped her even the manager. You guys all worked together and made our experience amazing the food was perfect thank you for your dedication to make sure we were taken care of. You all are the perfect example of teamwork !!
One of our worst experiences ever! Our waitress took our drink order and when she came back she REEKED of weed. The smell lingered at our table forever! Our pancakes came out burnt and super dry, pretty much inedible. Our waitress said that their shake/ice cream machine was down when we tried to order a shake and yet the only other table there ordered a couple of shakes and got theirs. Floors and tables were dirty with only 2 tables having customers. Definitely will not be going back to this restaurant and will not be recommending it.
The service was slow. Took several times of asking waitress to get full order for our table. I waited an hour for a to-go order. When I got up to see what was the hold up, discovered the cooks playing around and not really doing anything. It wasn't until I complained that they started to get orders out again. My avocado burger only had 2 very small bits of avocado on it. Could barely tell it was even there. Worst experience ever!! The food wasn't even worth the wait. Felt bad for waitresses. Due to poor service from cooks, they had to deal with frustrated customers. Won't be back!
Food was good, table service good had to wait six minutes to pay my bill. Sign on door said "smoke free", but as I was eating my meal two employees stood to the side of the main entrance SMOKING. This was two female employees the one I could see was short with long hair. She later took my money when I was finally able to pay.
Thank you for being open on Christmas day. It was quite busy when we arrived. Guests who arrived just in front of us and numerous others arriving after us were served their orders in timely manner as we continued to wait. Emily didn't come by to check on us or advise why we hadn't received our order. It took about 45 minutes before we were served food and the order was wrong. As we waited for our server to return we were told to check out at the register and not wait for our server. Well, no chance to order dessert. We were charged for what was ordered but not received. The food we did receive was good. My husband didn't receive the fries or the correct cheese on his burger. Seriously not going to Denny's in the future. Busy or not customer service should always but a top priority.
Service was terrible. Got our drinks took over 20 minutes for them to take our orders. Never got our food. Others who have came in after us got there food before us. No one came to check on us. Tables by us always had service. Suzie didnt know if she was our waitress or who was.. terrible experience. Coffee was burnt. Tables dirty. They were dancing and hanging out behind the register.
