IHOP

This was the best Ihop we have been to in years! It was fast and friendly! They even have crapes! The meal was wonderful!!

This IHOP needs a serious deep cleaning or remodel. The walls were filthy with dust and grime, the booths need upholstering, dishes more specifically, the coffee cups need to be scrubbed much better. Based on the wait staff and overall staffing along with lack of management presence, I can see why this location is in such disrepair and in need of an overhaul/ intervention. I think the health department may want to take a visit there. Best of luck if you eat there, I'll go else where.

I wish I will give them a 0 star . Food too dry t bone steak not half way is cooked. So dry hash brown I ever found my entire life uhhh ..

On 09/04/2022, 5 am. me and my girlfriend decided come to this ihop to get some breakfast… NEVER AGAIN. When we showed up, we had to wait to be seated although there was only 1 other customer in the resteraunt. Once we wer seated, we could hear every personal conversation, the profanity and stuff that should not be heard by customers, for example, one employee asking another employee if that individual has a plug as the one this individual had, went to jail… thats just one of their conversations. Manager has no control over the staff, he would tell them to do something, and they just didnt do it. Floors wer filthy, tables not so clean, walls need cleaned. When we finally ordered our food, we waited aproximately 30min for 2 omelette’s and 2 orders of new york cheesecake. We could hear the waitress tell the cook to just pour some cheese on the omelette because she didnt know what i meant when i asked for extra cheese the omelette comes with cheese and also told the cook that he didnt do a bad job at the cooking, after we heard him admit that he messed up cooking one of the omelettes, she told him its fine, as a customer that is never anything i want to hear. While waiting for the food, one of the employees assigned to sweeping, was playing with the broom, for exaple pretending it was a lightsaber. Also while waiting for our food, we recieved a complimentary dance show from an employee who looked at us while dancing outside infront of a window…. So our food finally arives… omelettes not looking so appetizing, but wer edible. The new york cheesecakes on the other hand wer definitely undercooked. The middle on each pancake was all uncooked batter. Needless to say, we did not eat them, but we did recieve 20% off our tab. Until management gets control their staff, I recommend going to mcdonalds for food, you’ll definitely get better customer service and fully cooked food.

Haven't been here in a few years after a string of poor experiences. It's seemingly improved which is a nice thing to be able to write. However there are a few things of note. Staff was great, the server was VERY friendly and pretty attentive so that was great. The food was hot and freshly made, the quality was pretty good considering it's IHOP so I was happy with that. The price however has gone up quite considerably, which while expected was a little higher than I was hoping for. All in all a good experience and I'd go back again.

Restaurant was clean and the staff was nice! Gemma was our server and she was doing the best she could, place was packed. The food was decent except mine did have a piece of hair in it which the manager nicely comped I told them not to. The coffee was a bit burnt but otherwise it was a good trip!

Seated quickly, food came out fast, even had gluten free!!! Manager came to table mid way through our meal to ask how we were and say thank you. Can't give 5 stars unless my experience was well, five stars and it wasn't. The syrup was just plain maple already sitting on the table. I like a little variety and warm syrup is phenomenal! Also, our server came to take our order and we didn't see her again until we wanted to leave. The restaurant was steady but not busy it appeared she was only taking orders and collecting money. Someone else brought our food to the table. Maybe server or wait staff duties have changed but having someone come refill our water, orange juice, and coffee is important to me during a meal. I don't know how much of a tip my softy husband left but anything more than $2 for the two times she walked over was too much. If the tip went to the people who cooked, delivered our food, and manager who came to check on us before being disappointed by our server then the tip was well deserved.

As a 3rd party delivery driver I love this place. Ever since Diane took over this restaurant has changed 100% in a better way.. Before I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for every order so I stopped coming to this IHOP. But since she is taken over I love come here because I wait 1 to 5 minutes for my order. She's done a great job on turning the restaurant around.

We enjoyed the service Joey provided us tonight. The night manager Tara was extremely courteous and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We arrived in from California and we were a large group. I would definitely recommend them and would come back.

For this service, I can't say enough. We were welcomed with so much hospitality. They were singing and laughing and this has been my best experience eating anywhere. Honestly, the best service I have ever gotten- not only from IHOP but anywhere. Thank you for such a great experience and making my day.
