Don't expect to get a cleaning if your BP isn't a perfect 110/80. They apparently have no clue what anxiety does to people's biological system. Then they'll harass you until the point you're so pissed off you have to walk out. Almost every time I've come here I've either had a rude receptionist or incompetent hygienest, and rude a$$ people answering the phones when I've called. I have gone back only because Andy was good but either he left or they just won't allow me to choose who I want to clean my teeth. I'm sure they won't last much longer with the new dentist right across the street. This place is a joke.

I can’t speak for the overall company, but I can say I really like my dentist and the hygienist she works with. I unfortunately don’t know there names off the top of my head. But if your lucky enough to work with them I believe you’ll know it, because they care and convey that your special! I honestly actually enjoy working with and seeing them and feel as though there truly dedicated to what they do. You won’t feel like like just another patient even as their pushed to get clients through for revenue. And that’s something worth praising.

Dr. Vera is very sweet and the staff is friendly. I got a follow up phone call checking on how my son was feeling after he had a tooth extraction. Great office!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalled!! I called them in desperate pain on Friday morning and the soonest they could get me in was this morning (Wednesday). The only thing they said was to come 15 min early to fill out paperwork - completely normal. I get there and was REFUSED my appointment because I didn't have my ID on me. She wasn't even warm or apologetic - she was cold and rude. NEVER in my life have I been treated in such a manner and all because I forgot my ID at the emergency room where I was to get help for the pain I am in.

Angela the hygienist was amazing as always, I’ve had her for the last 2 years and I highly recommend her. Very thorough and personable. I also had a filling done all in the same visit, I do have to say Erin the assistant to Dr. Banuru did very well calming my nerves and was always so attentive. Dr. Banuru did a wonderful job on my filling from start to finish and made sure I left satisfied. Thanks so much Dental Associates for making my dental experience a great one.
