Now Care Dental

I had an absolutely excellent experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was quite embarrassed by it. However, I was in a lot of pain and knew I needed to go in. The dental assistant was incredibly warm and understanding. Dr. Geller did a wonderful job walking me through the necessary care plan. They also offer laughing gas which helped immensely with my general dislike of having my teeth cleaned. All in all it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be going back!

Front desk lady was pretty unfriendly, when I spoke over the phone previously before going in, I was told something completely different than when I walked in. I had made an appointment to get checked ($250) just for them to tell me something I knew I already had. I went in around 6:00 pm because that’s the time I get off work, and the entire time I felt like a bother. We scheduled an appointment that I didn’t end up going just because the place gave off such negative feelings for some odd reason, ended up going to the u of m where they took much better care of me, and they didn’t seem to be in a rush to leave. If you don’t like your hours, then don’t advertise for that. Simple

Made a same day emergency appointment to get my boyfriend's 2 upper wisdom teeth taken out for a great price considering how much pain he was in and how fast we could get in plus not having insurance. Had to drive from st.cloud but so worth it. The receptionist could of been more inviting and friendlier but the rest of the staff were amazing and wish I could go there for all my dental needs but it's too far. The dentist truly cared about his well being and made sure he was comfortable and ready before she started. Highly recommended for emergency tooth removal. We both left smiling and relieved we got this taken care of!

I won’t discuss a ton of detail due to my pending lawsuit but I would not recommend this dental office under any circumstance. There are other emergency dental clinics in the TC area. As I stated the issue was so horrific I am taking legal action-that being said I can’t elaborate as much as I’d wish to. I will say it again DO NOT use this dental office under any circumstance! It was an issue that will also be investigated by other entities! Thank you

Horrible Billing caused my tooth to need to be extracted. I went in for an accessed tooth after having to wait several weeks to be seen. When I showed up for my exam, I was told I need a filling and possibly a root canal. I was prepared to have it done but was told I need to pay full price because they couldn't verify my insurance. This was after being seen twice already in the same month for cleanings and my insurance information has not changed since my previous visits in the same month. I was told that someone would call me to reschedule once they can validate my insurance. I never received a call. When I followed back up, I was told that I need to wait another month. In the meantime, my tooth has gotten worse and when I finally was seen again, was told I had no other choice then to have my tooth extracted. I am not recommending this place to anyone unless you want to lose your teeth. There are many other choices for dental care in Eagan.
