Department of Medicine: Roger Williams Medical Center

Went in to the Emergency room at 5:30 AM, there was no one else but staff there... Could barely breathe and was in so much pain I couldn't sit still, and was in literal tears. (I have an obscene pain threshold as well, so this wasn't just being over dramatic) Waited an hour after getting checked in. Nothing, a few people walked in, and out of the group all but one of them came up and asked if I was okay, and one of them asked on my behalf if there would be something available soon, they told her no... Another hour passed and I staggered up myself to ask, She told me that there was an emergency, and at best I was looking at an hour minimum wait. I don't necessarily think this is a bad hospital, they do their jobs well enough and are friendly enough. However, I dont think it's large enough or staffed enough to facilitate more than a handful of people in the building at the same time, which for a hospital/Emergency room doesn't seem like a problem they should be having.

worse experience of my entire life. I work in an emergency room in MA and we would never treat our patients the way I was treated there. VERY DISAPPOINTED. first time there and my last!

Yum, here for my mom, but you know I'll be at their lovely cafe ´, AKA cafeteria!

The worst hospital ever the people are very rude never again will we go there.if you don't like your job don't work at the hospital
