Derby Dental Care

So amazing! I have been going for 5 years and both my children have been getting seen for the last 3 (since they are so young). When my 5 year old daughter broke her tooth, they were wonderful at putting her at ease and making sure her experience was not a traumatic one. With my 4 year old son, they took their time explaining what they were going to do before they did it and had ample patience when he was starting to scare or melt down. With me, they are the most educated and detailed oriented staff wanting to always satisfy! I am going to miss this team too much when I move away.

While the staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The billing department and estimates are so far off, it came as a huge shock to me. My estimate for 3 fillings, we're 90 dollars, which would be the same as it has been in the past. However a month goes by, and my bill comes in the mail, and suddenly my bill is almost 4 times higher. The billing statement is not an itemized statement, but an cumulative statement, so you have no idea what was covered and what wasn't, what was and wasn't a write off. Its all guess work. Sad when you really like a place and find out that its all about the money. Will not be going back.

The nicest people in the world work here. Our babysitter cancelled on us, and my husband at I were schedule for appointments at the same time. They staggered our appointments, and even offered to help us with our son! Every person greeted us with a smile, every question was answered professionally, and my husband said that his technician was literally the nicest person he'd ever met.
