I had a great experience with the hygienist and dentist here, they were always kind and thorough in cleaning and examinations. They get five stars. I had multiple problems with the office staff, including a miscommunication about appointment and they lost my records after I left and told me there was nothing I can do about it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I would recommend this dentist, just be vigilant about keeping your own records if you leave.

I went to them to get a good bit of dental work. I had a consultation with them about what the price would be, they broke down cost and gave me a total. I had to take out a loan to get it done, then was informed half way through that I was misinformed of the cost and was charged incorrectly on a visit. So after taking out a loan I was then left with egg on my face. They said they would talk about the mistake with their boss and get back to me. Before I left on my last appointment I made a payment that would take my remaining balance with them to 0. That was December, and til today I have had 0 word from them. Today I get a bill from them for $134. I was told I had no money due to them, I was told I would hear back about how they would remedy their mistake, and none of that is apparently true. I would not recommend them to anyone. They have put me in debt, and my teeth still aren’t to level that I was told they would be.

Wonderful experience for my wife and children. They know her and our children by name. Very nice and considerate. We highly recommend.

This past year with them has been very frustrating, the billing system has been off and when I ask for receipts they do not want to give them. I AM FINDING A NEW DENTIST.***Your reply is not true I am the bill payer and My Ex never told you not to give me a copy in fact he was just as upset as I was that you would not give me a copy. NICE TRY.

Amazing people and great service! I got my braces here, and some minor cavities filled, and they did a great job! They care and their work reflects that every time I visit.
