I developed a terrible toothache and had called around 15 places that had no available time to see me until the next week. They got me right in! (I had to travel an hour, but was fine with that)! I was given some powerful antibiotics, and pain medication. It hurt so bad I couldn't sleep and I was extreamly nauseated. I was able to sleep that night and the pain was almost gone by the next afternoon. I highly recommend them! And if you're afraid of the dentist...this is a good place to go. You're surrounded by kind, compassionate and understanding people from the second you walk in the door.

My gums are unfortunately receding, and I decided to take my business here to correct this issue. I had loads of questions, and asked them prior to the surgery. I was told everything would be explained before the surgery. My whole reason of wanting this surgery done was to have a healthy smile, without pain, and to be comfortable with my overall oral health. I went into surgery excited, trusting, and nervous. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. I woke up twice in the middle of the surgery! Feeling the doctor yank on my bottom jaw still feeling pain. After the surgery about two to three days later I emailed the lady I have been in communication with asking if it was normal to still have really bad lower jaw pain, and if I could get something to help with the pain. No response. I did everything they asked for to a T. I went in for my check up appointment, and expressed my concerns to Dr. Michael. He said everything was fine, and that eventually the gums will flatten out. I decided I would give the benefit of the doubt, and be patient . In my heart I knew something wasn't right with my mouth still. I started seeing my gums recede at a rapid pace! Especially if I drink coffee, or spicy foods. I expressed all of this before the surgery which seemed to them not a big deal. All of a sudden the payments stopped. For about 3 weeks. I was emailed, and told to make a completion appointment. I could express my concerns then. I prayed, and wanted to take my time to respond to that email. I was thinking I have already expressed my concerns, and have been told everything is fine. I emailed back explaining all of this. How I did not want to make a long drive to be told everything is fine. My experience. The lack of communication etc. The doctor did email me back personally which I appreciated. After telling him ok, and I will make the scheduled appointment the payments out of no where started coming out again unexpected. After three weeks of no payments no warning, no discussion. I emailed the woman whom I have been communicating with, and asked to be scheduled early at the Indy office. What does she do? Schedules me at the other office in Fishers, Indiana. I was charged 5, 000.00 dollars for this surgery. Two months later my gums still hurt, still not attached in some places, and almost receded back to where they were before the surgery. Go at your own risk!!!

I have been a patient at Family and Implant Dentistry for seven years now. I truly love the doctors and staff like family. They have treated me with such great care and compassion over the years. I never hesitate to refer my closest friends and family. I Know without a doubt they will receive the same Five Star service that I always have. You are always greeted with a smiling face and always leave with every question answered. The staff truly "Caters to Cowards" - they are simply amazing.

The staff at Family and implant dentistry are not only excellent clinicians but they’re also some of the best people I’ve ever met. They will make you feel comfortable, they will make you laugh meanwhile fabricating your crown in the office with ease. I highly recommend this office to any patient looking for quality care, whether you have a dental phobia or if you’re military and just moved to Manhattan- you will feel at home at FID. Hygienists are all gentle and wonderful oral health advocates and genuinely care about your health and well being. Staff is knowledgeable and patient and the doctors are truly capable and the best at what they do. FIVE STARS FOR THE G.O.A.T. In dentistry !!!
