Manhattan Dental

Never been to the dentist before, but they took my stress about having to have a root canal serious. I barely remember a thing about the actual procedure, and as I'm writing this my tooth doesn't even hurt, barely any swelling in the gums, the procedure was yesterday. Great place. I do believe I will have all my dental work done here.

Comfortable service for an uncomfortable circumstance If you are like me, the dentist chair is the last place you want to be. Dr. Brott and his team, however, have made it a fun experience for the first time in my life and I've been to plenty of dentists in the past that have made me cringe to even make an appointment. They care about your teeth and your perception of the service you are given, which is new to me. While I was getting service done, they made me laugh and kept me engaged in the conversation they were having, which did make a huge difference. Also, as I was walking out the door they noticed I was seeping fluid from my lips, which I would not have noticed and they cared enough to put a new gauze in and clean up my chin before letting me walk out the door. . I know that's a little more information than you wanted to know, but it just shows you that they care for the experience you receive from start to finish and you don't feel rushed out the door, even if they have the doors locked and the answering machine taking calls. Just an overall great team and I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I look forward to getting back in the chair. I've been with Dr. Brott for about a year before I made this review, so this is not just lip service.

Placed my crown in a non ideal way twice and I might need a root canal that's possibly from this. Can't chew on my back teeth where I had crowns done. I've been in hell because of this. Nice people though.

Even though my insurance apparently doesn't work here Wendy was awesome to work with in the front office. Thanks again for all the work you did for me.

Went for a second opinion, they saved my thousands of dollars and got the work done faster. Would give a million stars if I could.
