Had a great experience here. I needed to make an early morning appointment after having an issue at 9:30 pm and, after calling the emergency line, was accommodated every step of the way. I was quickly admitted the following morning and out the door in time to make a late morning flight. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, their offices are immaculate and they do great work!

This dental office is extremely good! I had a root canal, they were able to get it cleaned out and put a crown on it the same day!! The dental assistants were very nice, they allowed me to use their headphones to calm me down, and Ms. Katy (I believe that’s her name) brought me food when I asked could I eat anything!! They truly treat you well.

Absolutely the best dentistry experience I have EVER HAD! Seriously top notch. State of the art equipment. Extremely kind and FRIENDLY Staff! YOU JUST FOUND YOUR NEW DENTIST! KEEP IT 100!

This place is very nice and the people are amazing! My post is about to be long and I apologize, because I am one angry woman! The thing that made my experience a 1 star is the amount of wait time. I came in 30 minutes earlier than my actual appointment time and they did not take me in until 10:45. My original apt was at 10:30 by the way. Then I had to wait another whole hour and half in my chair for the doctor to take out my wisdom teeth, all 4 of them. Second, they moved around 3 different dental assistance to help me through my procedure and I thought that was very unprofessional! They never stated why they moved them around. Third, they gave me a whole new price today than last week when I came in. A hygienist came and talked to me about payments and she said “I won’t be able to tell you how much your insurance will cover for you until after you get your wisdom teeth out.” It’s like telling someone to go to Dubai and enjoy the vacation but won’t know how much their total is until the last day. How can someone be prepared like that?? All I wanted was to know was how much my insurance was going to cover for me so that I know how much I can afford for all 4 of my wisdom teeth to be taken out. Fourth, during my procedure, the doctor was rough! My left side was in pain and I was crying but the doctor did not care. He was too busy trying to pull out my last tooth. I had a very bad experience with this place and I don’t think that I’ll ever go back!

I always have a good experience with WFD. Have been a Pt for many years I you have done a great job. My only complaint is that you are not a part of BC/BS where my dental plan is so I have to pay while I'm there then I can't seem to recover anything from BC/BS. I sent it to them & they send back forms to fill out that take more time than I spent in your office. I need some help in getting my claims through BC/BS please. Richard A.
