Dermatology Associates and Surgery Center

Was not very happy with the service! I went in for 1 spot that looked like it could be cancerous. I showed the doctor 2 other spots that looked just a little flakey that I was wondering about and all he did was put an X on each one and left the room. The doctor was in and out didn't talk to me ask me any questions I told him I had three places I needed checked to see if they were cancerous . The one on my back that I tried to show him I couldn't reach but he actually took a different spot out for biopsy. I didn't realize it till I got home. He did not carefully look at them and explain that they didn't look cancerous or whatever but just went ahead and took them out, biopsied them, and sent them in. I didn't even get the doctor's name. The nurses came in and took a biopsy of the three. It took three weeks to get my results back. They were not in after two weeks when I went to get my stitches removed. They were supposed to call me back but they did not. When I called, they were rude, no one was available to take my call so they said a nurse would call me back which took almost 2 hours. They said it was not cancerous, so I asked what was it and she said some kind of growth which was probably hereditary. So I asked for the technical name so I could look it up and she didn't seem friendly or wanting to share much info. either.
