Just tried to make an appointment but the person on the phone wouldn't do that until I provided all my insurance info. Since I just moved to West Virginia I was changing insurance. I had my old insurance info but she insisted I provide the new insurance info which I did not have. I work for the State of West Virginia and have the PEIA PPO plan. So she refused to make an appointment until I could provide the info. I told I will go elsewhere.
