I wish I could rate lower than one star!!!!I went there on 2 different occasions. Both times, the Doctor in charge assured me that my mystery bumps and sore place were nothing to worry about. He talked to me about trying dove soap!? Acting like my current soap could be the reason for my mystery bumps and pain. The doctor always under plays everything. Each time I went to a hospital for a second opinion. I had Mersa the first time and this past time when he told me it was nothing...he was wrong again I had a bad infection and needed strong antibiotics, not a different SOAP!! I only went back a second time because I've heard great things. Don't be fooled. I got stuck with zero help and a giant bill.

As far as the Doctor I would give 5 stars, he is a fantastic doctor. The reason I gave a 3 is because of the billing/insurance aspect of the business of which would score a half of a star. I had to have a biopsy done which was inconclusive, so they sent another one out to another lab. The 2nd lab wasn't in my network. They didn't bother to check to see if it was covered or not. As a patient I can't go back to their desks in the office and ask them to check where they are sending things off to, it's their job to see if procedures and destinations are compatible with their patients insurance. Anyway, I got a bill from the lab they sent it to for 1200 dollars. Of which I am not responsible for. It was their error for sending it to a lab out of my network. So I kindly and in a nice spirit, went and talked to Brad Barnett (billing manager) and discussed the bill with him, collectively we came up with me talking to my insurance to see if they would reconsider and pay anyway (Actually I mentioned it because I could see he didn't care and wasn't going to do anything by his its not my problem attitude., he did however have the doctor fill out a form for me, so he did go through the motions and act as if he would). So I exhausted all of my appeal process and went through all the hoops to no avail. So I returned to Barnett and told him that I did all I could, and his reply was that they wouldn't take responsibility for it. He wouldn't even acknowledge their mistake, and said that for all his years there this has never happened before (as if it is supposed to excuse their blunder) . He simply refused to take responsibility or even admit fault. The doctor as I said before, is fantastic. But if you go here, be very wary of how you are going to be billed, and I don't know how you can see if they are doing their job or not, but I suggest that you ask at every step where they are sending things to and whats covered before they do anything. I feel so stepped on by these people, who I feel will take advantage of someone if they are nice and non-confrontational .

So much wrong with this practice. For basic skin tag removal, I was first convicnced that I had an STD which later tested to be negative, I got a infection from the removal which resulted in a horrible scar on my inner thigh. When I returned to have it checked out I was told by a practice owner that because I'm a married woman, that I shouldn't be concerned with skin abnormalities in my inner thigh because "no one but my husband is going to see it anyway". Also heard the previous NP that I saw and the doctor talking about me outside the door before my appointment. Remained calm throughout my visit anyway and was later sent a letter by the doctor recommending that I see a plastic surgeon instead. I took that as a way of pushing me out of his practice for questioning what happened in my initial visit.
