I should have known, I suppose. I made a reservation for 2 nights for myself and three others who were supposed to meet me there. They arrived first, before dark. The office was locked, nobody was around. Nobody answered the phone. A creepy person was loitering around. They left, and we stayed in the desert nearby. I called and emailed for a refund, but got no response.

Chip is cool but the management is not they creep around your trailer all the time and it can be bothersome and they walk there dogs with no leash kind of scary

Have always had the best time with my family at all the events placed here! Plenty of space and nicely kept up.

This was the first time I had been there and it was for the musical that my daughter was involved in with her class so far so good can't wait to have other activities I'll be coming back

Perfect weather, beautiful drive, nice town, nice people. The fair was alot of fun without the big crowds and dust like at home. Will start taking my family to their fair instead of my hometown fair. Much more enjoyable experience.
