Desert Pines Townhomes

IV lived here for only 5yrs they're are so many bad kids here they throw rocks at everyone door's even kick doors despite new rules . The community just got done being constructed and is beautiful now but those bad kids are really messing it up for the good kids who actually are well behaved and listen . Overall I believe the houses are nice inside and out now it's just some of the bad kids that spoil it for the good ones plus bad kids from playa Vista constantly hoping over the wall. I wish we could just have a security guard at all times. Honestly I believe the staff try their best but some of these parents don't care enough to care for their kids thus making it a burden for the entire community at dessert pines. Some of these parents don't care enough to teach their kids that bullying smaller children is unexceptable period.

They don't deserve a single star. Their entire staff is a joke! If you call their office number, you will literally NEVER speak to a human. You can leave hundreds of messages but you will never hear from anyone. You can go online and try to contact them that way but same outcome. You can go down IN PERSON, and they'll always have a sign on their locked doors saying, "appointment only please call our office" and we're right back to square one. It's so ridiculous! What's the point of having onsite staff if they're never reachable anyway?! TRASH. They are absolute garbage.

The homes are very nice but the office staff is very unprofessional. Have been here few years & they’re always changing staff. Manager Veronica is very unprofessional also it seems that the whole staff is related to her. Monse is also very rude & I believe they both reside here also. Which I don’t understand how they can do that. Other than that this place is nice.

I have lived here for 4 years going on 5.. It is close to many fast food places and within a five minute walk to a Smiths grocery store.i live near the front but qs far as i can tell the whole place it is pretty quiet. There are young children as you would find in any thriving community.

I’ve been living here for five years it’s a horrible place to live in every time we’re outside running they say chill out running around and one time they said to my friend go back to your house monkey. We are getting evicted for hopping the fence to go to smiths this management is horrible

I do not recommend this location at dessertpines on Bonanza at all. My family and I have lived hear for 6 yrs and the Alicia and the new manager continue to harass my family they have made my husband throw away are 3 BBQ s worth 450 and no mention from Veronica paying us back for having us throw away our belongings I have driven around the complex and many other the other people here still have their in their front yards yet are not told anything nor are they given any notice on their doors. Then to top that they have allowed my house to be broken into and refused to fix the patio door and as of the past 2 years they have been allowing kids to jump in my personal patio and steal toys from my kids and still refuse to do anything. I got police involved and the office managers refused to corporate. Now my kids and I are being harassed by this little punks and they still refuse to do absolutely anything. Do not move here it is a trap.

These apartments are very horrible. The management is very rude and shady and they don't know what they are doing. They treat tenants like they are garbage and then laugh about it when you leave their office. They also towed my car 2 hours after they told me my car would not be towed because they gave me a parking pass. The maintenance guys are very lazy and they don't fix anything on time. It took them 3 weeks to come and fix the air conditioning and this was in the middle of July. They only help out their friends in complex but not anyone else. I am still a resident here and I have been for 5 years and for all 5 they have been horrible. Plus the area is bad. Four people have died down the street from the apartments since I've been here. They are also not to be trusted because they are VERY VERY SHADY!!! Do not trust this complex. They will take your money and treat you like trash once they get it.

We've been without water all day they said the water would be turned off for maintenance from 9am for 5 hours now I call at 3pm and they say another 5 hours and they can't do anything about it. It's now 7:05 and I call to get an ETA and they gladly went home to their homes with water with no worry on how to feed their kids or using the restroom! Now we're left to figure out what to eat because we don't have water to wash any food not even make Ramon soup.

i live 3 years in desert pines townhomes . when i move out i left my apartment so clean . In my 3 years living there never receive a free shampoo carpet ,no even a maintenance guy when i put a order request after 5 days or a week later. i am maintenance supervisor and i have to fix myselt . now after i release the apt. to desert pines,and walk with the assitent manager and the supervisor they see everything was clean. i have a deposite of $400 dllr that they keep i charge me 282.76 for damage .i have a video recorder the i going to put in youtube to see how i left the apt. i dont recomend to rent overthere because they always found something to keep your deposite . in my 3 years the change personal many time incluiding 4 managers . please be aware before your rent . if you put a service request you has to wait almost 2 week that they can fixed. they said the vinyl floor was damage and if you can see was shine

Called twice prior to coming to see about availability. No one answered. Once we got to the property I was told no units were available. Another person came in after us and asked the same question. The lady in the office checked to see if me, my mother and baby were still there before telling that person there were no units available. Beyond racist
