This is Greg Mote, but logged into google through my in-laws account. My 21 year old daughter, Madeleine, and I went for the first time tonight. We were absolutely blown away! This place is phenomenal. It's modern, clean, different from the other places to eat in town. The food was outstanding, the beer incredible, and the service was maybe the best aspect. I can't recommend the brewery enough. Loved, loved, it.

Always had been a great place to eat ever since it opened up. It never disappoints. The food is top quality and in my opinion, it's the best restaurant in town and has been since it opened.
I also recommend going on the weekend for brunch! Their breakfast is the best I've had in town! I want to go back and try everything on the brunch menu.
The wait staff is trained well and professional, the food is cooked properly, and it isn't a college kid hang out, or just another hip new place in town. It's well established and classy.
5 stars, hands down

Amazing Food and Drinks and even better service. I had 'Ryan O.' for a server and I swear its like he knew what my stomach wanted before I did. Every suggestion was perfection all the way through dessert and my drink selection to go.
Definitely recommend for anyone traveling through. Great experience.

I love this place! The asparagus appetizer is amazing! I am only in the Normal area about six to eight times a year and always make sure I give Destihl a visit! I would give it 5 stars but 6 out of the last 7 times I was there, they were out of what is by far their best beer! Singles with Benefits I believe is the name of the Brew I crave so greatly. Please make more! So disappointing when it is not available.

Ho hum...poor service, rarely saw our server. Would have stayed and ordered more food and drinks, but we couldn't. Maybe better staff scheduling is needed middle of the day? What menu described and what arrived at table, slightly different. Menu was intriguing wish the actual food would have been too.
