I have been a customer of Devan Infiniti for over 10 years. I would go to no one else for my Service needs and I plan to stay with the Infiniti family for as long as possible. The service department is legendary for their pursuit of excellence in providing superior customer service. I have never felt anything except well taken care of by the courteous and knowledgeable professionals operating the business.
My experience with Devan Infiniti was amazing! This was my 2nd car buying experience and by far THE best!! Frantz provided exceptional customer service from the moment he spotted us browsing until the moment I picked up my new addition QX50 Luxe. I only intended on window shopping while gathering other options, but the care provided by Frantz allowed me to make my decision that day. Devan infinity was wonderful. JJ the general manager was fantastic! He was very informative and helpful, he made my experience super easy. I can’t say enough great things about JJ, his team and their service. I would highly recommend Devan infinity. Absolutely 5 stars.
Devan Infiniti the best of the best. Very comfortable place and there’s coffee. Everyone is great starting from Receptionist, cashier, and technicians. Great shout out to Shane. I’ve been going to Devan for two years now and Shane has been doing a marvelous job. Shane is very helpful, great attitude, and patient. Every time I had a mechanical issue, my problem was solved super fast; and there’s great communication skills.
Service is top notch! Always accommodating, knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Been coming to them for years and explain what you need and what’s going on. They also provide you with choices when it makes sense to do so. These guys are great!
I worked with Shauq. Professional, honest, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Love my Q50! Good price, fast paperwork and easy transaction. I would buy again and refer my friends and family! It was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive!!!
