Had a rotted exhaust pipe suddenly start dragging. Drove in without an appointment and my car was up on the lift in about 10 minutes. Repaired for a reasonable price and on my way back home in a little over an hour. Great work, great staff. Highly recommend.

Clean little shop with very friendly staff. Explains everything that gets done for you in great detail. Had to drive to Virginia same day I went to go get my car fixed there was quite a few issues, and Nick was very accommodating! Very grateful of these guys for everything they’ve done. They also made sure I made it safe all the way down there : This will always be my go to shop so long as I’m in CT.

Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable front desk person, car was taken in at appointment time and ready in less than an hour. Maintenance light was reset, one low tire filled, and mechanic spoke with me in person about my concerns. Will definitely take my car there in the future.

Went to this location for a master cylinder replacement and it took 3 tries before it was fixed correctly. Original attempts resulted in a damaged brake line, that occured at the center, that needed replacement. Had to rent a car several times in been visits for the same issue. Avoid for mechanical repair, good place for state inspection or anything else that is quick. Best mechanic there is Caesar, he intervene and got the car fixed.

I was able to take care of my emissions testing, without an appointment, on a busy Saturday. The personnel I dealt with were all professional, courteous, and efficient. Very grateful it was so easy.

I have been going to this Meineke location for over 2 years, bringing in 2 different late model cars on over 6 occasions. From major suspension overhaul and brake system replacement, to certified emission testing and many minor repairs, as well as a few no appointment questions in between; they always perform just what was needed, under budget, and on time. I highly recommend Russ, Nick, Jess, and the entire team!
