Easy, efficient, and kind staff. Facilities are neat and clean. The building itself has free parking available, if you are a visitor to the building.

Very nice professional staff. Easy access, parking. Mid day less busy, fewer people.

I saw 2 young men working there and not wearing masks. My wait time was over 30 minutes, after calling ahead. UPDATE: 2023 staff are all wearing masks and very polite. Small lab so there are often long lines going out the door for blood work. Go early, they open at 7am most days, parking lot gets full around 9-ish.

The most awful laboratory, unclean with all the trash open with nails on top. No windows, a lot people coughing all the time and you have to wait inside with all this germ in the air. Used antibacterial all the time in this nasty lab

COVID test from this lab was a false positive, which despite vaccination, and tests before and after proving otherwise, forced me to quarantine until they admitted it was an instrumentation error 4 days later, derailing my trip to Maui. Not even a decent explanation or apology after the fact. Avoid. Get vaccinated and stay safe.

No wait, no line, in and out in10 minutes. I arrived around 9:00 AM, the technician commented that it had been a busy morning, but the rush was over. The technicians are great, one stab blood draws.

Going back to our home in Toronto 4 of us had to take a Covid test last Saturday. You won’t find a friendlier staff starting with the gentleman in the parking lot taking temps to all the lab techs. I personally thank you. Andrew Brown
