Expensive and lack of customer service. They no longer carry AR rifles (the black "scary ones" lol) but carry other semi-automatic firearms

If you're in the retail business, it's essential to have good customer service, which they do NOT have.

Awesome. Though some prices are high, it is worth it because it is high quality.Only issue is they have selection in all things but shoes. When I asked if they had any more cleats for soccer, they only had like one pair or a pair that would not fit. They said" why would we have them now?" And I said " because it is almost soccer season and there is indoor leagues"
But besides that everything is great😀

Have tried no less than 7 different times, to buy shoes here for myself. Not once have they had my size 11 men’s. Today was the last time I will step foot in Dick’s at the Lycoming mall. This is why everyone shops online.
