DICK'S Sporting Goods

Great customer service. Within three minutes of us walking into the store a kind gentleman asked us if we needed assistance with anything. We stated no we are good but he saw the product we were looking at and talked to us as to how that product was the one everyone should be getting. He stated it is a good deal and is of great quality. He was very nice. Then when we checked out another product came up as double from what the shelf stated. After someone went to look at the shelf, they stated they would respect the shelf price listing and gave it to us at the shelf price. Very satisfied with their staff and customer service.

First time ever and won't go back. 1st customer in store and I needed a very specific sneaker. I woman whom I assume wad a Mgr met me in the aisle and directed me to the shoe dept. A young male associate followed me and said What do you need. I told him and waited. He came back and handed me a box and kept walking. I opened the box and found worn muddy shoes. I caught the young man's attention again and I told him the issue of worn shoes. He took the box and went in the back. The a different man can out and said Can I help you? I said , Oh no thank you another guy is helping me. He said Are you sure about that cause he told me to help you. Moments later the first guy walked by and didn't say a word. I won't spend anymore money there. Terrible customer service at so many levels.
