DICK'S Sporting Goods

The sales people in this store are dreadful. Disinterested is not a harsh enough word to discribe them. I bought a bike for my grandson and had questions about it. I was not sure if the salesperson knew nothing about the bike or that he just didn’t care. I then went to buy shoes. The salesperson was the same. Check out was not much better. I asked the poor girl at the counter about my scorecard point. She told me she was new and that she would need to get someone to help me. The person acted like she and I were wasting his time. I guess he had to make sure she was trained in the proper store culture. I will not be returning to this store.

I believe everyone knows all about this store but one thing worth noting is the customer service or lack there of. Most folks know what they are looking for when they go in but sometimes you have a question and no associate to be found. I don't believe each area needs to be manned but at least someone on tour of the place.

Great SPORTS box store If your active outdoors this is the place for you Equiptment Supplies Apparrel Guns knives arcery baseball softball fishing running tennis football EVERY SPORT THERE IS WHAT EVER YOU NEED gloves for golf gloves for batting gloves for winter and every sport In store restringing all kinds of rackets for tennis clubs etc.. Clothing for spring winter fall Shoes sneakers all good selections and current styles Swimmimg accessories So much for teams & individuals Prices are good sales are great Please CLICK HELPFUL so I may bring you HONEST REVIEWS
