I received an email from them that a X-mas present I ordered on line was canceled. I received the email on 12/22. They gave me two $10 coupons for customer service/satisfaction reasons. I felt that was thoughtful and drove to the store to purchase a replacement present. When I tried to use the coupons I was told they could only be used when purchasing something on line. The coupons did not have the statement of the on line restriction printed on them but the cashier would not let me use them. I was very disappointed with the organization.
It's a young man named Darrius that works in the shoe department he was so helpful when I was trying to find a pair of basketball shoes for my son he was very professional, polite and a great asset not just for your store but the company i wish I could give him more than five stars
Cashier gal was so nice and so far every time I go in they have all I need. Good job to this location.
Was clean and warm, but kids items I was looking for was scarce and overpriced even with inflation.
I was shopping purchasing a few items. I was in a rush. The cashier named Jordan started ringing up my items. The next thing you know the cash register went down. She stated her cash register wasn't working properly. She called a manager up front to help her. Even though I was in a rush, I started to get frustrated but Jordan was very professional, pleasant, kind, and friendly. She did apologize for my inconvenience. Because of her awesome customer service, I left one happy customer.
Roy the shoe dude was great. Helpful with shoes and super fast finding the sizes. We will be back. Buying shoes with a employee is old school and really nice. Thanks Roy!
I came in looking for a Hydro Flask for my daughter as that's what she wanted for Valentine's day and I was treated as if I was breaking a law for even being in the store. The rep I encountered acted as if he was repulsed and appalled that I would even be in the store and showed little to no interest in helping me. Completely taken back by the experience I left the establishment and will never spend my money there again. I don't like to say it but racism is very much still alive.
No one around to ask for help and lines are long. Need more cashier's.
Walked in about 2PM on a weekday and no one was anywhere to be found in golf area. Finally found someone who referred me to someone else, who then told me that the regripping I was interested in couldn't be done for at least a day maybe 2 because no one in the store knew how to do it. How ridiculous is that?! That takes less than 5 minutes per club, and I could do it with my eyes closed, I just don't have the vise. They told me to go to the Sterling Heights location will post my similarly negative review there.
Staff was very helpful in my search for specific socks! Thank you, ladies!!!
