DICK'S Sporting Goods

Excellent service! they did not have what I want, but they were patient and still courteous and was very helpful. The salesperson explain me that I can order the Boxing shoes online. I truly appreciate that.

Dicks continues to disappoint visit after visit. The last three times I went there looking for shoes - they have an amazing display and you get bedazzled by it. However, ask for a shoe in your size and it's like finding a unicorn. I went there for my daughter and they found something that fit on her fifth favorite. I went around the corner (in the mall) to large department store and found a similar sneaker for about half the price. Yes, that store was self serve, but at least they had something in stock (and truth be told Dicks is self serve most of the time - good luck finding someone when you need them). Did I mention this same thing happened on my last pair of high end running sneakers and casual sneakers too. Coupons are fine and the ONLY reason I would step foot in Dicks, but it would be nice to get something I want instead of settling for something they have.

Now that Sports Authority is gone Dick's is the last big box sports retail chain serving the region. In some ways Dick's is better than it's fallen competitor, in others it is not. It really depends on what you are looking for. All in all it's a very big, and very nice store.

I would not recommend I ordered a product online so I could pick up quickly and I ended up waiting much longer than if I just purchased the item in store and walked it to the counter myself. Made me late for my tee time! (I was purchasing a golf product)

Good prices, good selection. I do not like that they do not support the 2nd amendment. They need to get that straightened out or they will continue to lose customers.
