DICK'S Sporting Goods

Clearly this company doesn't care about helping it's customers. No signage and poorly laid out store. And almost impossible to find a store clerk. We count find what we wanted and finally tracked down someone who said it was upstairs. Couldn't find it up there and hunted down another staff person who pointed and just said "there". When we left there were 7 staff member at the front desk and just 2 customers. And we didn't buy anything. Too bad, because I really like the company's decision re selling guns.

So, I spent $700 here to get to the checkout to have Krista and Brooke talk to each other the whole time while checking me out. I think it's very unprofessional, as someone in an Executive level position in retail, I would never legitimize that in any of my retail locations. I ask that Leadership please read this review and change the behaviors in the front end. It's the last person your guests see before they leave. Last impression is just as important as the first impression.

This store is great, but as a company they’re piss poor. I order a shirt with one day shipping on their online website on Saturday. Even though I order the shirt when they are not in business they told me I shall receive my shirt by that Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and now they say I should receive my shirt buy Thursday. If I wanted to get my shirt on Thursday I would have did regular shipping. One day shipping is a joke DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ONE DAY SHIPPING!
