The sales consultant, Matt Garger, was great to work with. Knows more about the vehicles than just selling me something I didn't want. Walk me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. He was very patient during the test drive and even had the car delivered the next day after being detailed. Going over the finances and additional options was very time consuming, but worth it. They both spent the extra time after hours to make sure I was getting what I wanted.

Mike Tillery was a pleasure to work with. He was very pleasant and made the process of buying a new vehicle a lot easier. I thank him and team at Diehl Automotive for their hard work and expedient paper work process.

I guess it's probably my fault that I kept going back to Diehl's, as I should have known better after the first incident. First their "highly trained technicians" didnt tighten an oil filter, then DROVE it back to my wife's work and it sat in the parking lot losing the remainder of the oil till my wife discovered it. They took it back, redid the oil change and didnt even offer a "hey, next oil change is on us". I let it go. Mistakes happen. Next, we had it in to get inspected, and they told me that all 4 rotors on the 2 year old jeep grand cherokee were bad and needed turned, at a price of 100$ per rotor. Of course I said no as any other shop would charge about 15$ a rotor to turn them. Got it home, put a micrometer on the rotors, and I cant find a problem. Took it to a family friends shop, and he tells me the rotors are fine. This should have been my clue to stay away. Alas, I needed an oil change and don't have time due to work so my wife schedules an appointment at diehls because they pick it up from and return it to her work. I get a phone call from my wife today saying "they say there is a bunch of stuff wrong, and it will be hundreds of dollars to fix". I call them up, remind them that I pay extra for the deluxe extended warranty. Im told, "ok, we will call you back". Next I get a call saying, oh yeah, we found that, but you still have to pay the 100$ deductable for this (a radiator thermostat housing that somehow cracked, not exactly a wear item). Funny, when I paid for the extended warranty it was to avoid things like this, and tge salesman must have neglected to mention the deductable.... Never again will I do business with this company.
Too long/didn't read version: Pay $40,000+ for a jeep grand cherokee, get horrible service.
