Dillard's

The men’s department is just wonderful. See Malcolm he is so helpful and is so knowledgeable. It is quick and easy in and out. The store is always clean and neat which makes everything easy to find. They also have high quality store brands and run great sales year round. Their return policy is one of the best in the business and are focused on making sure the customer is happy

Employees are too engrossed in conversation or their phones to offer help. Response when asking for assistance is acrimonious and little to no effort is made. Twice now when I’ve entered the store around 6:30 to 7 PM I’ve had employees try to [verbally] push me out the door. After engaging with the store manager it is clear it’s a systemic problem.

Terrible customer service by the management And security of this establishment. Apparently spraying the sample cologne, is grounds to accuse you of stealing. Even though all the colognes are behind a glass display, and you literally can't access it. The sample being the only one you can, and it was still there. My friend and I were verbally abused , physically touched aggressively and escorted out over "stolen cologne" that didn't even happen..They didn't even ask us, went straight to accusing us and bombarding us verbally and physically without a chance to explain. HANDS DOWN WORST EVER EXPERIENCE SHOPPING IN MY LIFE.

Had sooo many more cool choices than Dillard's at Meadows. We were looking for gold colored clothing and we found over 10 different choices! What a relief to find exactly what we needed. Plus a really nice blouse and a pair of jeans! It was a lot of fun!!

Elegant store with upscale fashion and accessories. Staff was was attentive without being intrusive. Found some lovely dresses for my wife.

The lovely ladies at the perfume counter at Dillard’s are sooo helpful and sweet. After sampling the latest fragranceswhich are awesome !I was taken over to the Christian Dior cosmetics counter and was given some fabulous info on keeping my skin super-hydrated during these windy winter months in Nevada. I also made an appointment for a complementary facial next week. I’m so excited! On the walk back through the store I captured some awesome pics of gift ideas for my best girlfriends! Travel cases for $39!!! Wow! Thank you Dillard’s for having the best! associates !

I been shopping at Dillards for 12 years at the least from Texas to Palmdale California and this ha been the worse experience ever. I went into Dillards in Henderson NV on Sunset rd and Stephanie st to purchase a bathing suit and a few other things. I walked in the store and Diana ask me could she help me. I told her I be back I’m still shopping. I walked over to the swimwear department and found items to try on. I had to ask the employee who was laughing and talking with another employee 3 times if I could get into a fitting room. She finally let me in begrudgingly. After I tried on I came out and saw no one so I walked to the register in women clothing. This is where it get scary. The lady who open the fitting room ran over and begin to yell at me and her co worker for trying to ring me up. The cashier stepped back hands in the air as if yo say she surrendered and told the aggressor you can ring her up it’s not a big deal. I saw the look of fear on the lady face. I told her thank you and walked away. I walked to the other side of the store. Right before Diana begin to ring me up here comes the aggressor again. She slams the items I tried on from swimwear onto the counter and told Diana you can handle her go backs. At this point I’m shaking and crying. I spoke with the store manager Rick who showed no compassion and a smirk on his face. I left and called Coporate and it took me 11 days to reach someone. I was told someone will be reaching out to me and it never happened. The floor manager at Dillards offered me a cover up for my bathing suit and I had to pay for the bathing suit. I returned everything and I will never step foot in another Dillards. They don’t care about the customer, just the customer money

Went to Dillard's today to purchase a dress for my daughters first homecoming dance. We had the best experience. Deneane was the sales rep who helped us and she made my daughter feel like a VIP. I wound up buying 2 dresses for her. Dillard's is now my daughters favorite store at the mall. So glad we went.

Hate to leave negative review, but generally I have great service at Galleria Dillards. Today, service was not great Aug 20 1pm. Most staff seemed busy, but the guy who was supposed to be working in Mens Shoes was one of the worst. He stood talking to a 'customer' outside the shoe area for easily 30 minutes. So much that I looked around for 10 minutes and then sat to see if he would come over and helped for another 5-10 minutes. I got annoyed and went to Vans and bought shoes and when I came back, still talking to the same guy. Easily 10-12 customers walked through the shoe area in the time I was there.
