It's always a great experience when coming to Dimples Dental Suite. The professionalism and clean working environment is worth five stars in itself. Dr. Presson always shows Love and appreciation to my son and I when we come through. I'll highly recommend anyone to her Dental Practice.

My visit with Dimples Dental Suite is so much more than a 5 rating. I have never experienced the level of care and customer service that Dr. Presson provided me during my appointment. The way she treated me shows that she really cares about the health of her patients. I was well educated and informed about how I should treat and care for my teeth and tongue!. I love when a doctor takes their time with their patients during their appointment. After my visit I was press to tell some of my friends and family members about my experience with Dimples Dental Suite. Also, Dr. Presson office environment is full of royalty. I look forward to my next appointment and that’s hard say about going to the dentist, LOL.

Having not been to a dentist in some time my experience today was beyond exemplary. The facility was extremely clean and Dr Presson was beyond professional with a complimenting personality that left me smiling the entire time no pun intended!. Highly recommend!!!

I am giving 3 stars because I was happy with the way the dentist cleaned my teeth. However, I wasn't impressed with anything else. When I arrived, I forgot my mask, she gave me one for $10, which I paid for and was ready to move on. But she kept repeating to me that I should have read the email she sent and I wouldn't have forgotten my mask. I felt belittled, like a child. I mean I get it, I forgot my mask, paid for one, let's please move on. Then when it was time to pay my copay, it was pretty high. I asked why and the dentist said it had something to do with my insurance. I wasn't prepared to pay that amount because i just spent that money on a flight home for the holidays. So I suggested that I leave, clear it with my insurance and come back another time. The dentist told me "if you leave that would be a $50 cancellation fee, so you might as well stay". Again, another time I felt belittled and spoken to like a child in a smart aleck way. There was no compassion at all. Anyway, the dentist then cleaned my teeth thoroughly, and I left. I then called my insurance company, who told me that the reason it costs so much was because this was considered an extra exam. I get 2 exams a year. I went once for a cleaning/filling. But shortly after, the filling felt funny so I went back for the dentist to check it. Very quick check and then I went home. Well I didn't know that the dentist considered that as one of my 2 annual exams. I had never heard of such a thing. So insurance told me that this exam would be out of pocket, AND furthermore, I owed MORE money because the dentist put fluoride on my teeth. I had no idea that it cost more and wasn't told that by the dentist before she put it on. Sighhh, the dentist's cleaning skills were amazing, but all the extra was frustrating and costs more than I had expected to pay. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Dr. Presson needs to bottle up how they do service and bless the world with it. From scheduling to arriving just the level of service, cleanliness and the way in which they have thought of everything to make sure your dentist visit is easy peasy... 10 outta 10 and I'm not sure I have space or time to go into detail her attention and detail to MOUTH health. IF she isn't your dentist ... sorry to your teeth...

Dr. Presson has completely changed my oral health! Appointments are always timely and extra sanitary. She always has great suggestions and answers all my questions. Cannot imagine working with another dentist.

I love this practice and that says a lot for someone that generally hates going to the dentist. Dr. Presson has a bright and friendly disposition. Her passion for dental health and wellness is evident in her practice. You will never be left waiting or questioning anything that is been performed. She is extremely meticulous, personable, and professional.
