Did not think the staff was very friendly. Drove all the way to this place thinking it was like a discount frys electronics. NOPE. Nowhere near. Absolutely nothing in the front "store" area and you have to ask sales person if they have in stock and its not sold at discounted rates. The only refurbished items they have are old keyboard. Save the drive for better choices

I should have posted this years ago, but better late than never. I was in college and I needed an external hard drive asap! I planned to purchase overnight shipping so I could get it faster. I didn't realize they were based in Houston, but they saw that I was just up the road. They called me and said it would be just as fast and cheaper to just send it at the standard shipping rate. I felt like they really had my back! Returning customer for sure!
