Discount Tire

I was on the way to the veterinarian with my 12 year old rescue dog when my 20 year old car's tire was low, so before heading out on the highway I stopped by to get the air topped off so I wouldn't risk a blow out. My dog and I returned after the vet visit to find out if the tire could be patched or if I needed a new tire. Staff was pleasant and helpful and I needed a new tire but it I was quickly taken care of, which made my reactive dog relaxed and me relieved. My dog even vomited but staff quickly helped clean it up, without me feeling worse than I already did. I'd highly recommend this place and appreciate making a stressful situation a breeze.

We have been return customers at Discount Tire Store for several years. From the time you walk through their door you are made to feel welcome. The overall service you receive is absolutely the best. I cannot say enough kind words about their staff. Always courteous and willing to answer any questions you have. Always a plus too to know we are getting the best price around on tires and rims. Our visit today was taken care of by Corey. We are so glad he is back at the Alcoa store. Thank you Discount Tires. We appreciate you!

Every time I come in here I'm always amazed how well I'm treated. I've been here several times, and each time I'm given outstanding, polite, and professional service and fair prices. The last time I went I needed a leak fixed where the tire bead seated on the wheel due to corrosion. I dropped the wheel off and picked it back up at the end of the day. I didn't buy the wheel or tire there and they never asked. Not only did they repair the leak for free but they went above and beyond with the quality of the repair. In the past they have even admitted an error and comped a tire installed on an aftermarket wheel purchased through them that contacted the frame and destroyed the sidewall. Discount Tire is one of the few places anymore that doesn't feel like they're going to try to pull one over on you as soon as you walk through the door.

They were so polite and professional. I was very pleased with the whole team. I’m from AZ too have too do this out of state they made it the best experience.

This store has incredible customer service. They are very transparent and will not pressure you to change your tires before they are due. They fixed a leak for free and I was not even a previous customer. You can bet I’ll be a future customer though!
