Matlock Tire Service & Auto Repair

I wasn't a norm here. But you get what you pay for! I had my work van supposedly aligned by a co-op center around the corner and as soon as I drove off I knew it wasn't right! I pulled into Matlock and explained what I just had done by the others. From the start, the experience was much more professional, clean and just comfortable! My work van is mine and my families life and holds allot of speciality tools and supplies. I walk 5 ft. away and the doors are locked! I'm always around and watch when someone else works on her! From the start, I had a comfortable, easy feeling that I didn't have at the other place. The technician was easy to talk with and understanding of my concerns and didn't have a problem of me being right there with him. I noticed the correct tools being used for the realignment and explanation and wonderment of why it was the way it was after a supposed alignment...went on a test drive, which didn't happen earlier and was very pleased with the whole experience! I was offered and accepted a slight discount but would have paid full price for the professionalism and skilled technician to work on my vehicle. I work on all my vehicles myself, but when I can't I'm definitely bringing them here! Thank you Matlock!

Got an oil change and very pleased. Staff was friendly and building was clean/comfy to wait in. I'd recommend.

Fast service, competitive pricing, and stellar customer service. Tim and Joey were both excellent in helping me choose a set of new tires for my car. I will definitely recommend Matlock tire to everyone.
