Probably the best waiting rooms in Tennessee! Even has a fireplace and private kids room! Excellent and clean bathrooms! Great and reasonable prices.

Nothing cheap but the price: 19.95 oil change. Excellent service. Very pleasant waiting area (probably best in the city)

On 9/12/2017, we were in Oak Ridge TN after evacuating from hurricane Irma. I was traveling alone with my two small children. We were there from South Florida, so about 800 or so miles from home. My car had a bad issue, and was completely immobilized. The ball joint came out and my wheel basically came half off and folded in and... well, it was just a mess. I was practically hysterical when I called Eddie Hair. After I calmed down enough to explain that I was about 1/4 mile down the street, one of them came by to see the car, and what was wrong. We had my car towed in. In under two hours, my car was fixed and I was loading up my kids to move. Their price was incredibly fair, and they treated me with such kindness. My kids played in the cute children's play area they had there, and what initially seemed like a disaster was quickly over. I know some shops would have taken advantage of someone in my situation, but they went above and beyond. I told my friend that lives in Oak Ridge about it and she said "oh, I go there for everything!" I cannot recommend this business enough, and I truly thank them for helping my family and I get home safe.

Had a compressor for my Land Rover replaced here for half the cost that the dealership was charging. Done excellent work and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
