Discount Tire

I have bought many sets of tires over the years and had both good and bad experiences. Never have I had a better experience buying anything than my recent set of tires from Discount Tire of Johnson City. From the moment you arrive every person is friendly, helpful and they know their products inside - out. They had me in and out with 4 tires mounted and balanced within an hour which is the fastest service I have ever had when getting tires. About 2 months after I got my tires I discovered a nail in one and drove straight back to them. As part of their policy they repaired the tire at no charge plus they rotated all of the tires and balanced them again to be sure everything was good to go. It was very cold and one of the plastic center caps broke on my wheel as they were taking them off. I told them it was no big deal and not to worry about it. But they insisted that I let them order one to replace it. While looking at the rest they noticed one had a small crack so they ordered 2 replacements which came in 2 days and I paid zero. That is called going above and beyond and it's one reason I'll never consider buying tires from anyone else. In addition their prices are just better than the rest. I checked and they beat the closest competitor by $35 on the set. Do yourself a favor and just go see them first.

I will never use another place for tires. Best prices around and staff is excellent. Free tire rotation and flat repair even if you didn't get your tires there. Great place!!

Three times I have talked to them about different sets of tires. Three times I was lied to. Two times about price. 40-80 dollars difference between their website and in store. Once about availability. Was told the tires I wanted would be in stock on Wednesday. They were not. Instead they wanted to sell me a different set. All three times they tried to sell me on the same set of tires. Never once did they try to sell me what I wanted.

Greatest place ever! I got a flat and called them 30 minutes before they closed . They helped me out as I was driving 28 minutes to get to them and they hooked me right up even after they had closed! Thank you so much Jim and your team! You guys are the GOAT!

I've been here twice now. These people know how to get repeat business.. Awesome customer service.. They've shown me they really want to take care of me. Two different customer service techs, yet the same great service.. Thank you Discount Tire! I will be back!
