Really like that they have a woman working the front counter. Makes you feel like you're not going to be taken advantage of by some man in a tire store if you are a woman going in to purchase tires or have a service. Bought a brand new set of tires good price good service

Good friendly people. Not too many shops ask me how I want my alignment set up when I go to them. Means a lot to me for someone to value my opinion instead of doing what they want.
