Discount Tire

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful as most the newer reviews have said. They even went out of their way to find an extra hub ring that was missing. However 1 of the 4 rims was scratched pretty badly getting off the old weights compared to the others. If your looking to make friends these guys are great. If your looking to get tires without messing up your wheels you might want to look elsewhere unfortunately.

Just had a great experience at this location. Went in with flat tire and they serviced my truck right away even though they were busy. Little wait time, plenty of employees, clean restrooms, great prices, and no up sales, or no other 'problems' that require more service frequent at other tire shops. I liked how easy it is to compare prices and schedule an appointment online. I was also done at the estimated time so it made it easy to plan my day around it. The customer service is excellent. So far I haven't experienced any issues with my tire installation. I have not had any experience with their warranty or repair services so I am not sure how that would go if I needed it.

I want brand new tires and since not sure best brand went into the store. First clerk very nice told me best brands. The problem started when he said need to order will have after noon. He would call me when the tires received. I said OK but not available in afternoons. I told him I can come in at 9 am next day which is today. He assured me ok so I felt that was an appointment. No call from him and I went in at 9 am. Second clerk said don't see tire come in. I was OK with that was OK with another brand same or lower price. New clerk explained store short staffed and unable to put new tires on. So I am supposed to wait all day for a call?? I don't have time to wait on businesses. After I left second clerk called me original tires found I am busy so let him know to forget about it.

I have bought multiple sets of tires from this location and always had pleasant experiences. I recently found a nail in one of my tires so I took it in today to see if it could be fixed. They got the nail out and repaired the tire in less than an hour at no cost! Amazing! Thank you guys!!

I came in for a 1pm appointment for 2 new tires but when I came in there was no one else to assist Sean. He was helping another customer. When I gave my keys forgot to tell him that the back tires needed to go in the front. He came back but they had already done the job. Sean said because of my wait, he gave me the other 2 tires free of charge!! He apologized for my wait. He is the greatest!! Feeling blessed I came in today!

Had a nail in my rental and they got me in and out in less than 40 minutes! It was free of charge! Great customer service! I'll be getting my next set of tires from them next time I'm in the area.

High marks all around for a VERY last-minute tire purchase and switchout. Jaime at the Morse Crossing location found me a DIFFERENT Discount Tire location that had the specific tire I needed, then told me to bring it back to him to mount, because his spot didn’t require an appointment. We showed up, he handled his front desk duties AND took care of our tire himself. This was true above-and-beyond service.

These people were great to deal with. Had a flat tire and they were quick to help. Also while I was there they installed 4 new tires that I purchased in less than an hour. Will recommend them to others

Took my car in to have winter tires rotated on and when I picked it up this is how they left my wheels. Never had tires put on and them not be cleaned and shined when I pick it up.
