I drive for a ride share service and Dave and his crew have kept my car in top shape for the last 5 months. I am in for maintenance every 2 weeks oil change, etc. Dave and his team care about my car almost as much as I do and it shows in the way that they pay attention to detail. I know beyond a doubt that if they recommend a service that my vehicle needs it; I also never worry about the quality of the work I have had an alternator, exhaust and suspension work done - I am always happy with the service Dave and crew provide.

I went to midas for an oil at 4320 karl rd columbus ohio 43224 and had the pleasure to be served by a gentleman name Daniel De Sorbo.. Excellent experience i had! Daniel had GREAT customer service and he was very helpful to me during my visit! He explained how each engine oil worked for my car he broke down to terms that i could understand! He’s definitely knowledgeable he’s a great guy ! Thank you Dan for the experience and i will be recommending family and friends to come see dan at the karl rd location!! My mother came here after going to miracle motor mart to have her headlight checked out they quoted her an outrageous price for labor and then they never found the part. To say the least this was such an amazing experience. They even went above and beyond to find her the housing unit and went to pick it up so she didn’t have to come back. The customer service was amazing. The coffee was hot and fresh and the facilities were clean. We will for sure be back .. we are a Midas family.

Awesome friendly staff. Big Dave manager was extremely professional and explained everything wrong w my car and took care of all my issues. Thanks for having such a great employee who talks to his customers professionally and explains issues in a term I could relate too.

I took my car in to get front brakes replaced last year and rear brakes this year. Last year it took about an hour and a half. This year under a different shop manager it took four hours. The problem was that their system showed three possible brake pads for my car and they kept trying different ones, getting them one at a time from a different store why they didn't get all three at once is unknown. The only reason I know that is because the mechanic came out to tell me. The shop manager didn't give me any updates, didn't give me any time estimate, I had to ask how bad the brakes were after the inspection he wasn't going to go over it with me, asked me for a five star review before they did the work and just stared at me until I did it, and didn't explain to me the invoice was emailed to me so I had to ask for a paper copy after i paid. Not sure I will be taking my car there again except for maybe an oil change. The communication was awful.

Today I had the pleasure of coming into Midas and I had my car worked on. Dave explained every process to me step by step and explained what needed to be done next. Dave was very thorough in his job and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to the amazing job that he did for me today I will definitely be bringing my car back. Thanks again Dave!

What a great business. Anytime I have an issue with my tires, they are very friendly and professional and provide great services. Daniel helped me today by checking a tire that had a nail, removing and fixing it very quickly and professionally. I will definitely come back!Service: Tires

My experience with them was the bare minimum with my vehicle. They did not replace fluids, put air in the tires, and do a light overview of the vehicle. Only thing was done is a oil change. If that was done? I'm really disappointed and men taking advantage of Woman when it comes to cars being repaired. Just be honest and stop treating women like boo boo the fool!

Fist time here and will be the last. I drop my car off for an estimate at 9am. I end up calling at 12:30 to check on my car. The guy put me on hold, then got back to me only to tell me he would call me back. An hour later no call back. I go up there thinking something is wrong. Its been 4 hours. The guy at the desk is busy, but lacks customer service skills. I let him know I just want my key, I'm done here. They lost my key, they were looking everywhere for it. I finally got the estimate, key, and there was no price on the estimate. I do not recommend the Karl road location.

I came here for a used car inspection and they did an amazing and thorough job. They answered all of my questions honestly and were great at explaining everything in layman's terms. I've come here multiple times since and they have always been incredibly professional and friendly. I will definitely be returning here in the future!
