Friendly and knowledgeable service managers. Germaine Lexus always does nice work in a timely manner. Easy to make appointments. I miss not being able to speak directly with the mechanic working on my car however, the service managers provide detailed reports of the mechanic’s observations and recommendations. Nice comfortable facility if you choose to wait. Parts and labor here are more expensive being a dealership service center.Services: Brake service & repair

We appreciate the time and attentiveness Joshua and his staff gave to us while our car was there for maintenance and repair. It was a blessing that Mark came to our home and left us a loaner car while our was with them. With living an hour plus from the dealership it is hard to manage time with all of the different schedules. It worked out great! First, do not believe anything they tell you on the phone. I confirmed the price multiple times over the phone and provided them with all the information about my car. I also told them that I would be driving 3 hours for the visit. When I arrived, they changed their mind and told me that they would need to do a diagnostic for $169 before they would do the work. I actually asked that EXACT question on the phone and they said there would be no additional fees. They originally quoted me $385 for a transmission fluid flush and to clean the transmission strainer. I confirmed this price multiple times with the person on the phone, but when I was there in person after driving three hours they said the $385 dollars was just for a fluid change a much less comprehensive service, and there would be additional fees to clean the strainer. Now I have a three hour drive back home with no work done. Not the experience I expect from a service center with the Lexus brand.

My car broke down while I was out of town for work. I also had to unexpectedly travel to another out of town location further away during my stay. Josh, my service advisor was great! He got me into a loaner right away and although he was getting settled in himself, made himself accessible. He was very patient, accommodating and understanding. I ended up deciding to get my car towed back home and purchasing a new car. Josh was willing to coordinate everything for me in my absence. He helped to make a stressful situation as pleasurable as it could be.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Victoria was very thorough and reviewed the service I initially scheduled. She recommended that level of service would not be necessary this time and could wait for the next mileage service check.
