Double check expiration dates! Many perishable items are sold a year past it. At least one item I saw a sunscreen - something that deteriorates rather quickly and can result in a sunburn was 2.5 years past expiration date 08/2015. Not cool! As for positives, this store does have attentive clerks and decent selection of clothing at great prices. For everything else, especially groceries, I'd go to Grocery Outlet for wider selection and items that have not expired already.

Always a fun place to check-out. Never know what treasure you will find. Food section has a vast selection of spices, salad dressings, and coffees. Always drop in, when passing by. Sadly, had previously stopped by to find a 3-pk of beer purchased here before, but not in. On this visit, was pleased to find it in stock. Apparent new employee checked out other purchases, then paused at the beer, and requested my ID. I am an obvious senior citizen, but handed it over. He examined it very carefully, then declined to allow the beer purchase. It is indeed expired, but, d/t the pandemic, Oregon is allowing our licenses to be honored until December. I was not pleased. I was one of the initial customers at this location, meeting the gentleman and his sons who were sharing in the venture. Years later, was pleased to see them expanding into new store in Gresham. I have never had such poor service from either outlet. It is too bad, but I no longer feel valued, and will no longer

I love this store! The checkers are so happy! I am greeted with a smile every time and they always treat me as if I am family! This place has the best of everything, from cloths, shoes , household items, they have grocery's and pet food too! Oh and they have a great selection of masks also!! ;0

Pretty cool place for salvage merchandise, including groceries. Large number of random grocery items, either discontinued or past expiration but still wholesome. Tons of candy, a well. A large housewares section and from what I could tell the prices are led than half of retail. They also have some fresh produce. Happy they take cards

This is one of those shops that I've driven by for years and just kind of ignored and I have to say it's worth stopping there because they get great products and they have them heavily discounted. They are not exaggerating that their prices are cheap and the product is in great shape. My wife and I stop here now to do pre-grocery shopping and what we can't get there will go to the regular stores for but so far they've helped cut our grocery budget by almost a third. along with grocery items they've got a wide selection of clothes shoes home and garden and electronics. I got my kids exclusive collectors pop figures and the only issue with them was some of the boxes were banged up.

This is a great neighborhood store. Looks can be deceiving from the front it looks pretty small but when you get inside it's actually quite large and you have a great selection. the prices are always great and the customer service is awesome. If you lose your neighborhood or you just passing by this is a great place to stop and find some good deals. I appreciate all the customer service and help I get when I go there, keep up the good work guys.

This place has turned out to be a great little let gem. From clothes for the he whole family to car and yard items. Bed linens, rugs, pillows, lots of food. And the shorter brown hair lady is very knowledgeable of their products and super helpful. Text club available for more discounts too.

This is a friendly, well-run discount market which specializes in expired food. Depending on how sensitive your palette is you might very well find some expired food that tastes fine. Personally I can't tolerate it. Sometimes the food is not expired, and of very high quality. Also a nice selection of clothing and miscellaneous hardware items.

I absolutely love the randomness of this store! You never know what you'll find here! The shelves are always filled with name brand item at extremely low prices! Last week, I found a 80 count bottle of Motrin PM for .99 cent! You can't go wrong shop in here!

Great prices, but always check the date. Tons of random groceries and household items. You can find some real bargains here if you don't mind dented or expiring products. You may need to eat it quickly, but at up to 80% discount, I can eat fast!
