Dollar Tree

I don't know why I bother going to this Dollar tree. Actually I do know. It's because it's super close to where I live. But I will no longer go there. They are constantly out of stock and the place is a mess. One or two of the people who work there are downright rude. I'll take the time to go to the one on Division and 122nd. That one is excellent. As well as the Dollar tree on Powell in the '30s.

Your employees constantly make threats, have terrible attitudes amd the worst customer service. I came in to get 1 item today. I was told I could not bring in my dog, so I left her in my car with my AC running. By the time I got my 1 item, I had to put it back because employees over the intercom kept threatening to break my windows, even with my AC on full blast. I spent 2 minutes and 46 seconds in the store. I timed it since my dog does have anxiety and I do not like to leave her longer than 5 minutes alone. The temperature outside was 60 degrees, so I should have not had threats made at me, even if my AC wasn't on. Your employees need to better educate themselves. I know you're located in the ghetto, but you don't have to act like it.

It was surprisingly tidy & clean today. The shelves were nicely stocked & the meanies haven’t strewn stuff about. Nice & found the crafty & beauty items I was after. Not too certain this is actually Kardashian so I had to snap a pic!!! Would love to see their things at the Dollar Tree.

This is the biggest Dollar tree store I've been to. It carries quite a few items that I've never seen at other Dollar tree stores.

This Dollar Tree store is better than the dollar tree by my house. They actually have things left on the shelves. The store was pretty clean and organized.

Store manager is a whole nope from me. You gotta keep a slight amount of professionalism and maintain your composure if you’re truly a manager but the way you run the store and refuse to help your employee who begged over the intercom multiple times with a huge line while she argues on the phone with someone and lets her bad attitude leap over into work environment making everyone uncomfortable. I’ll go to the 122nd dollar tree instead.

I went in to this location last night for a few things and walked into the store manager berating a customer and when I asked the nicer gentlemen at the register that's name started with an L, he was very nice he stated the short woman was the night manager named Candy which blew my mind with the way she scoffed at a customer and made sarcastic commentary before running away and slamming her door that says manager on it. I wouldn't want someone to present my company acting this way. She needs serious training and that man needs a raise.

I was "greeted" with a side eye and bad attitude by Kandi, who then winked at my husband. I asked where I could find cat products as it was my first time in this location and she spoke over my head to my husband. While in the store an associate called for help and she was on her personal phone bragging loudly about her "adult only content" account. She completely ignored the associate asking for assistance. I felt so bad I apologized to them for even being there because they were obviously overwhelmed and upset. Please, look into retraining or removing Kandi from your business.

Always a good place to go and the new manager is pretty cool. Definitely interested and definitely recommend this location because it is always neat and clean. Still keeping the store nice and clean

I left the one star because I had to in order to leave a review, walking in the sliding doors there's apparently a person that the staff is very familiar with who spits outside the door as you walk in gross potentially hitting your feet or making you walk throug a trail of saliva which is nasty I did let the staff know who seemed to not care at all. Not a recommended place to come in to shop in my opinion due to the poor atmosphere and potential health hazards. Negative 0 stars for me bro.
