Lauren and Sarah were amazing to work with. From the very first day we listed, they walked us through every step of or sale. Lauren did a phenomenal job at finding us qualified buyers quickly and worked through any glitch that came up, making us feel like she was always looking out for our best interested. BEST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE! We interviewed several real estate firms looking for a good fit to help us sell our home. A... We have a historic property built in 1847 B... We are in the top 5% of our market C... Very difficult to find applicable comps Emilio arrived TOTALLY prepared with a marketing and strategy plan for our home. The results... We truly wish there was an option for 10 stars but if 5 is the highest on google then that is what will have to be. The only Real Estate Team we will ever work with again. This one was not easy...but that had nothing to do with our end of the purchase. The entire time and through every twist and turn I never felt alone. Sarah made herself available morning noon and night for any concerns, requests or venting that was needed. This really felt like we all bought a house because of the emotional and professional investment on everyones end. Below is a review I posted halfway through the process. It's wonderful that I not only feel the same after the transaction was completed but feel even more confident now! Except I don't think I highlighted the fact that even though it was a very busy time for RI real estate Emilio never made us feel rushed. It was as if we were his only clients at ALL times! Buying a house in another state isn't easy; we had done it once before, it was a nightmare, dragged out no communication and seemed to last forever. Needless to say we weren't looking forward to it. I was beyond grateful for the polar opposite experience we had this time around! We would gladly recommend them to anyone who may want to know how the home buying process should go! Emilio's Team are all professional, polite & personable. Kaycee the Client Coordinator for the Team always made me feel as though I was her only client. Sending us homes that fit our criteria and even adjusted her parameters to really narrow it down. She was super fast at getting back to my emails requesting showings and was empathetic when they couldn't fit into our complicated schedule. But just so happened to schedule the showing that ended up being "the one" when it really counted! Sarah the Transaction Coordinator for the team was always on top of things. She would get documents to us in record time and was quick to respond to any questions about the process. She was so enthusiastic when our offer was accepted it was like were all buying a house! Because of the well orchestrated balance of the team Emilio had time to do his part; being OUR AGENT showing us houses, encouraging us when certain ones got away and being a real advocate for us when it came to negotiations. His knowledge helped us navigate through some tricky situations (including a foot of snow with his 4 wheel drive). He was and still is extremely professional and seemed to never sleep! No hour was too late to submit an offer. We will never buy a house from another realtor! The DiSpirito Team is our team they worked for us and everything worked out! We really feel like they family now!
