My family and I had a very poor experience with this realtor today. I am a mother of five children and came to look at the house with them and my parents. I have brought them with me to see over 20 homes and have had no complaints. As soon as Ginny saw my children she began treating us disrespectfully, she would not allow them inside and then did not accommodate us seeing the house in shifts. Her tone and attitude were rude and condescending the entire time and my father and I didn't even finish viewing the house because I felt so insulted. Children are people too and I saw no reason they should be treated like they were. Yes I understand that 5 children is overwhelming but at least give them a chance, I came with three adults to watch them, at least give us a chance. Maybe she was just having a bad day but as far as experience with children and families she was sorely lacking.

My wife and I worked closely with Ginny in selling our home. We interviewed at least 5 other agents before choosing Ginny. Her advice was key in helping us be prepared for selling our home of 15 years. Ginny's knowledge of the local area helped us to determine a very appropriate selling price. She gave us very wise suggestions as we worked with the offers and counter offers. Within one hour of the house going on Ginny's website, she had appointments to see the house and within 48 hours we had an offer with a signed purchase and sales agreement shortly thereafter. We both were very, very pleased with Ginny who is very professional, personal and someone we would highly recommend!

Professionalism, knowledge and getting it done worked for me with Ginny and my home which had some issues. Ginny guided me and helped me so much through the home process. She got it done in record time so I could move out of the home. I had her do all the negotiating for me and it put more money in my pocket! Always prompt in keeping in touch with me and telling me like it is with my coastal RI home. Can not thank her enough for the amount of time she gave me to get me through this tough process. Call her if you need to list your home or need a buyers agent. Great realtor!

Ginny exceeds all expectations and has provided us with the best experience possible. We have worked with a number of realtors in the past and have found them both professional and competent. Ginny has surpassed them all. Selling a high dollar home on the water these days takes a special understanding of the real estate market locally, reach out to people in the region, an intimate knowledge of the area, and the ability to work tirelessly to make the deal happen. Ginny has worked harder for us than we expected and will do the same for you. Her experience is extensive and her dedication boundless. We have three other properties in the area and will not hesitate to employ her in selling them in the future.

I have worked with numerous real estate agents over the course of my life. No one comes close to Ginny Gorman in terms of professionalism, knowledge, integrity and truly advocating for her clients. We worked with her over a period of five months looking for a second home. She was diligent, patient, flexible, and available well beyond what anyone would consider to be a "normal" work day. She listened to our needs and responded with showings that were on target. I highly recommend Ginny. If you are looking for a home in southern Rhode Island, she is the one you want helping you.
