this is one of the worst agencies I have ever dealt with .They like to make up their own laws and not follow the laws set up by the state of RI .especially the property of 28 gardenia lane the owners will keep your security deposit no matter what They wanted my daughter to replant a dead tree the charge 75 per hole in the wall for 4 holes but only show pictures of one hole .the owner charge they don't charge for the whole place they charge per person living there . DO your self a favor chose a different agency. study up on TENAT rights in the state of RI .

I had the pleasure of hiring Laureen Koch to sell my home in Saunderstown. We met purely by accident and I liked her right away. She gave me the best advice on how to prepare the property and she showed it with great knowledge and enthusiasm. She found us an out of state cash buyer who loved the home I once loved so much, and in 3 weeks it was sold. Everything about the way she handled herself was extremely lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to call her again if I ever needed her. Loved working with her. 5 Star! Fantastic!

Completely unprofessional!!! If it was possible to give a 0 star rating I would, if you hope to have a convenient rental process I'd stay clear of Lila Delman. The rental department is unaccountable and consistantly gives bad information about available houses. I have worked with them for 2 months to find a house and on several occasions asked if others were applying to these houses. Not only did they do a walk through with us at these houses, they also told us they would begin the leasing process with the landlords. This was NOT the case, both times I called to confirm the meeting with the landlords they explained the houses weren't available...they could not be more unorganized, they don't care about you or your rental process.

Went to URI, and rented from Lila Delman for 3 out of the 4 years! The staff was always super helpful, and always got back to us in a timely manner. As long as you are a good student, and want a nice house, Lila Delman is the place to go!! Because of my great experience with the rental staff, ended up returning to Lila Delman to purchase my first home.

I cannot recommend Lila Delman Real Estate enough! I had the pleasure of working with one of their realtors, Kara Churas, who completely exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a summer rental for our family, and she was so professional, friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile to ensure we received the property we were looking for. She was always extremely responsive, often within minutes of any emails being sent. We will absolutely be using Lila Delman again for our vacation searches, and especially Kara!! While looking for a 3 month summer rental, the rental agent told me multiple times that housing “would be expensive during that time”, I told her that that was fine and I had several thousand to spend per month. She proceeded to be condescending but told me she did have a couple houses available. I gave her my contact info in order to send me listings and never heard another word. Very unprofessional.

We had an awful experience renting through Lila Delman this summer. The house we rented was absolutely filthy, infested with spiders killed 10 in one bedroom on first night and found nests under dining room table, Rx sleeping pills found on the hallway floor we are a family with a small Toddler, garbage from last renters was still there. The floors were filthy, the bathroom had mold/dirty tub and the wood cabinet of the sink was water damaged as if bathroom had bee flooded. We we were moved to another house that was better but still filthy. When we swept there was still a significant amount of sand/dirt created a real pile from previous renters and when the the kitchen floor was mopped the water turned black...twice. The bathroom stunk of old urine. We cleaned the toilets, tub both shower and tub full of mold, sinks and floors ourselves. We were given no money back, no discount, nothing...The real estate company requires a cleaning deposit with every rental. Clearly someone isn’t doing what they’re supposed to.
