I cannot recommend Lila Delman Real Estate enough! I had the pleasure of working with one of their realtors, Kara Churas, who completely exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a summer rental for our family, and she was so professional, friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile to ensure we received the property we were looking for. She was always extremely responsive, often within minutes of any emails being sent. We will absolutely be using Lila Delman again for our vacation searches, and especially Kara!! Thank you so much for your amazing work for my family! :)

Went to URI, and rented from Lila Delman for 3 out of the 4 years! The staff was always super helpful, and always got back to us in a timely manner. As long as you are a good student, and want a nice house, Lila Delman is the place to go!! Because of my great experience with the rental staff, ended up returning to Lila Delman to purchase my first home.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Will show up late to showings. If you are a student renting for academic year they have very strict rules to just view a house let alone rent it (which they won't tell you upfront). Houses may look nice, but dealing with the company is not worth it. Look elsewhere!

I'm going to say this the quickest and best way possible. I used lila delman just recently. My realtor was Brenda Hilton. Easily the best realtor I have ever used in my life. I own real estate property and I have used other realtors in the past. Luckily a friend of mine introduced me to Brenda because I wasn't happy with my past realtors I used. I was completely blown away with her knowledge of housing and being a realtor. Not only is she the best realtor in Rhode island, she's the best in the country! She treats everyone with a pure and honest kindness and complete professionilism that is second to none. You have a house your trying to sell. I highly recommend using Brenda Hilton! Rental Department goes above and beyond for their clients. I rent my property through them and they really care about their clients and their properties. They are stricter than most companies with screening potential renters and don't push rentals on me just to make commission.
