Great service. The apartments are clean and anytime i came up with any issues, everything was taking care of as soon as possible. All the staff i have come across especially Kimberly Armstrong, are very professional and ready to help. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I am a huge fan of District Realty in Ottawa. They continue to invest in new elevators, new paint, an additional washing machine, flowers out front and the best superintendent team I've ever seen! The super's service is the reason I chose to live in a DR property!

I have lived with District Realty for going on 2 years. The building is clean and well managed. Recently spoke to customer service about subleasing the space and the response was very helpful! Would recommend, at least for my property!

Awful company. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Often tried to take advantage of the fact that we were students by twisting the words of the lease. Do not recommend renting from them.

District Realty definitely knows how to manage their properties. I had nothing but a great experience when I was a tenant with them. Great service and extremely helpful employees. Would recommend to a close friend/family member 100%
