I strongly advise you do not become involved with this company, either as a landlord or tenant. The service they provide is unprofessional, poor quality, untimely and substandard. The units they rent are bare bones with exposed wires, holes in walls, no air conditioning, no blinds, curtains or microwave. It takes months to sort out basic problems with the units. They have terrible employees. Many tenants stop paying rent because of difficulties with this company. Stay away.

As a landlord, I will not use or recommend RG Group. They recently conducted a background check on one of my tenants. In calling for the background check, they asked if the tenant had provided 60 days notice and my response was no notification has been provided. They later "approved" a delinquent tenant and left me with less than 30 days notice to fill the property. I can't imagine what the next landlord can expect from these new tenants.

The rental services are extremely poor. I have to call 3 or more times leaving a separate voicemail each time to get even a response from the adminitrative in charge. When we had maintenance issues it took weeks to get it resolved. I would never choose this company to rent from ever again.

Rggroup went over and beyond what was expected. They always keep me updated on all issues that came up with all 3 of my properties
