The store was great. I had a good experience there. But getting my hair done was not so great. Very bad experience with getting weave put in.

I have all natural hair no relaxer and I waited 6 hours to get my hair pressed. When I sat in the chair I was there for 25 minutes while she blow dried my hair straight. Then she told me she would have to do the rest of it the next day because it was closing time. Had the nerve to ask for payment. I walked out without paying because the service I asked for was not done and I had to wait 6 hours for it still not to be done. Now every time I go in the supply part of the store we exchange looks.

Michelle has a very very nasty attitude with her customers at times. Her husband is very very nice and is always nice and friendly. I was treated so bad the last couple of times I went by her that I vowed to not get my lashes done by her ever again in life. She got an attitude with me for blinking because the glue was burning my eyes. She is VERY VERY IMPATIENT!!! I won't ever give them business again!!! In a way that's been good because now my lashes have grown beautifully. We're bringing her business, but yet she acts as if she is doing us a favor.

I love this store. The service and selections are great along with really reasonable prices. I drive an hour each way just to visit them. Great job guys!
