Amazing! I have had hair and nails done here, and each experience was the best I have experienced at any salon. Ashley did my hair, and she was fabulous! She really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a haircut, what products would work best with my hair type, and how I styled my hair on an average day, and the result was one of the best haircuts I've ever had! The salon is beautiful, and they offer you a complimentary wine/beer/beverage when you arrive. They have great products. The whole salon often attends conferences in order to continue their education and growth in order to keep up with evolving techniques and trends. I am so impressed with this business. Highly recommend.

So I used to be a faithful client at this salon, because they did wonderful pedicures and manicures. But I broke my toe the day before my appointment. So I called and left a voicemail stating I was cancelling my appointment because I broke my toe. Well, do you know the owner wanted me to pay a 25.00 cancellation fee for not calling and cancelling 24 hrs in advance. Now, I felt that to be inconsiderate being I was a faithful client and how could I predict I was going to break my toe the evening before my appointment. So, I felt my call should have been good enough. Things happen. There was actually a time when I had an event to go to and the nail technician cancelled on me because she had the flu and it was not a 24 hr notice, but I did not make a stink about it because these things happen and are not predictable. Smh

Wonderful place to relax and get your hair done. Ashley is a great stylist! Even has options for nails and toes. All in one spa like place. Its very modern and has very nice hair stylist. Anyone you go to is awesome! Also, not to add a great view of the Catawba river! You pay for what you get and this is not a great clips. You feel like family every time you come back... I also love there is not turn around on hair stylist so you see the same faces every time you come back for a touch up! WOULD DEF RECOMMEND!

Today was my first visit & I was very nervous about someone doing my hair. Katie listened to what I wanted & did an AMAZING job. I think the end result surprised us both. Very nice salon.
