Divine Limousine

Booked a limo 3 weeks in advance. The car was supposed to show up at 5:00 and be a surprise for my wife. When the car was 15 minutes late I called them and at FIRST they said they didn't have my reservation on file THEN they told me they had a driver on his way to me and said he would be about 45 MINUTES!!? blaming it on traffic..... what a joke! Thanks for ruining what could have been a fun anniversary surprise!

Terrible experience on my wedding day! The morning of our wedding they called my now husband to inform him they were upgrading our limo which we thought was a nice surprise. We asked the driver to be early because the church was a half hour away and we need to be on time. The maid of honor called the office to see where the driver was and they were very rude. The driver was an hour and a half late picking up my bridesmaids and I up to go to the church for the wedding. Two hours late to my own wedding because of the driver. The sunroof was broke, the windows were broke and couldn't roll down, and the AC only blew hot hair. All of us were smothering in the back of the limo. Two hours late and I sweat all of my makeup off. The sodas and water were hot and we didn't get the champagne we ordered. Thankfully after the ceremony he did stop at the liquor store for us. Because of the driver being late we missed our scheduled photography session after the ceremony. When he dropped us off at the reception venue he told us we still had to pay the full amount even tho he was 2 hours late. We didn't feel that we should've had to pay for 2 hours when he was late, but it was our wedding day and we didn't want to argue. We will never use this company again.

This limo service is GREAT! Originally I had booked a smaller limo, but then the number of prom kids increased by 4. I immediately called them and they were very accommodating by finding me another limo to fit all the prom kids. The driver was on time, funny, played cool "teenager music" and returned all our kids safely back to the prom. We even took pics with the limo since we live in the country and don't see these much. Thanks for the great memories Divine Limo!

I couldn't have asked for a better time. Melyani was an amazing driver. On time and very friendly! Definitely going to make another reservation soon

Overcharged - Still hasn't got the fee right. Quoted $300 for 3 Hours for our departure from wedding reception. Ride was going to take 45 so asked them show up an hour before departure so limo could be decorated "Just Married" . Get VM on my wedding day charging me for drivers idle time (1 hour early arrival). Only used service from for 2.5 hours charged for 4 hours. Shifty business practices
