!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!! 
By far the worst place I've ever worked at! They put me in a unsafe truck to drive, the very first day out of orientation I was on the side of the road broke down. Because they only wanted to pay to replace both belts not the belt tensioner which was the issue i broke down a total of 6 times because they didn't "feel the need to replace those parts". When I finally made it to Wisconsin 2 1/2 weeks after orientation was completed where my FIRST LOAD delivered, I told them I was quitting and to bring me back to salt lake so I can clean out and turn in my truck. So i got to salt lake and got a phone call saying that I needed to "hurry up and be on my way or i will not like the consequences"  and they also told me that "i wasted their time and their truck just showing up to orientation" this company is filled with deceitful, condescending, disrespectful, manipulative, people who seriously need help. I really hope the drivers here find a good place to go as for KTS/SOAR PLEASE STOP DOING THIS TO SO MANY DRIVERS BECAUSE I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON WITH ALMOST AN IDENTICAL STORY!!!!! If you are thinking about driving here PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY DO NOT FALL FOR THE RECRUITERS BS!!! THIS PLACE IS A GIANT WASTE OF TIME!!!

Real bad experience, with the brokerage. Been at the receiver's for over eighteen hours now, still here. Receiver say's they didn't schedule an appointment. Just lost my reload and it was a good one. Bathroom here is out of order.  I'm struggling with that issue on top of everything else. In the meantime, they continue to unload drop trailers. I asked about detention time.  I won't hold my breath on that one. From my experience, the big companies won't generally pay for detention and when they do it,s just a small token amount and all it really does is it allows them to hold up the settlement for a few more weeks. 
    They offered me a load to replace the one I lost, but it's not a very good one, actually it sucks. I'd be a sucker for punishment if I took it. Anyway, I don't really have anything good to say about them.☹️

I work here for 1 year and left it a good company but since I the day I  started there and the company was bought out the whole atmosphere has changed and to me in a very bad way. Every tine I went in they was firing the former office and shop people for very poor reason and some staff quit. The final point was reached when they fire my dispatcher Eric for a VERY PUNY REASON he was a great person and dispatcher but it was not enough for the new owner I guess - so it was time for me to move on. Also my last day I went in to work after doing a 34 at home before they would dispatch me they wanted to talk to me and to be honest I had nothing to say to them and just wanted to get my truck rolling and quit wasting my time at the terminal but they refused to dispatch me.
I hope the best for KTS but if they keep going this way as I have said I do not expect them to be running in a year.

They tried to kick me off my husbands truck over 1000 miles away from home because they all of a sudden said my I.d. wasn't acceptable after they approved it and sent us on our way. My husband threatens to quit and drive their truck back to the terminal then they changed their mind and everything is all a sudden okay. This place strives on not giving a damn.
