Scheduled a reservation a week in advance, turns out the 'lady' on the phone is not only rude but incompetent as well. I clearly said, multiple times, I want to reserve the 6 PM bus, and she scheduled it for the morning anyways. I know for a fact I didn't schedule it in the morning because I have work as well, but I should've figured from the fact that she was extremely rude and very reluctant to help. Haven't attended the actual ride yet, but chances are I will never return to this company for any services. Will update 07/04/2015 Edit: The actual ride was OK, and the coupons received were good also.

Decent price, but they need to maintain the buses better. They need to move the safety briefing closer to the beginning of the trip and not 20-30 minutes before reaching wendover.

They cancelled my return trip bus and when I called to ask them about it, their response was to try and get seat on the bus the next day. They left me stranded in Wendover with no options. Would never recommend them to anybody.

Worst experience ever host was rude.it took like 30 minutes to get out of the bus once we got to wendover to get our booklet
